Use of Site

You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase.

Payment Options & Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). All prices exclude shipping and any other charges that may apply unless stated otherwise. Prices may fluctuate constantly and Tangled Accessories reserves the right to change prices in accordance with price changes from our suppliers, market conditions, or any other external factor.

Ordering/Cancellation

Orders are considered confirmed by means of Order Confirmation. Amendments to orders and cancellations of orders must be received by email, but may be accepted by another method, subject to the agreement of Tangled Accessories. Cancellation of orders must and can only be made within 7 days of an order placed or by verbal agreement. There is no charge for cancellations.

Payment & Payment Options

All orders must be paid for in full before supply, or performance of service. Failure of part or full payment of the current order, or previous order by the party concerned, may result in Tangled Accessories refusing to process the order concerned, or any future orders.

Goods remain the property of Tangled Accessories until payment in full has been made. Attempts to offer payments that are found to be fraudulent or in any way unlawful will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Tangled Accessories bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.

Delivery

Delivery of orders will only take place once full payment has been received. Delivery time between our warehouses and the customer is stipulated at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery dates and times are estimates, and Tangled Accessories is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process. Every effort is made to effect delivery of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you and provide an updated delivery schedule. The delivery times do not include time between the placing of order, ordering stock, packaging, and despatch. Part delivery of an order may be made subject to the agreement of both parties, and the payment by the customer of any extra freight charges incurred in the process. Risk of loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Returns/Refund Policy

Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by Tangled Accessories or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged by manufacture, Tangled Accessories will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within seven days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, Tangled Accessories will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients and delivery addresses only, unless special arrangement is made before placing an order.

E-Commerce

The Website www.tangled.co.za sells cables & accessories online. The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser's risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

Security Policy

Credit card and EFT Payments on this site are processed securely using PayFast. All money transactions are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 256 bit encryption. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za

We reserve the right to: 1. modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or 2. change these Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website. 3. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.

Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User's obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User's continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User's acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
