• Tangled is an online store selling accessories for iPad, iPhone and MacBook as well a large range of HDMI cables and DisplayPorts. We deliver all over South Africa.

 

If I place an order how long will it take to arrive?

• Delivery time in Cape Town is 1-2 working days and 2-3 days for all other main areas in SA.

• Overnight Express is available, the order must be paid for before 1pm to be dispatched on the same day.

 

What are Tangled's operating hours?

• We are available most hours to assist by email

 

How do I place an order on the Website?

Is there an Overnight Express option?

• Yes we do have overnight express to your door for an additional R119. Please note that our door to door courier only services main areas.

 

Does Tangled have a Door to Door Courier Service?

• Yes we have a door to door courier service, it is free for orders over R450.

 

Does Tangled Deliver Outside of SA?

• Yes have just started delivering to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe

 

How can I make payment?

• You can make payment online via Credit Card, EFT or SnapScan.
