This adapter is awesome and does the job of converting displayport to hdmi smoothly, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would certainly recommend this product. I will also however mention that certain models of samsung smart tv displays might not be compatible with this type of conversion. The adapter does however work with other displays I've tested on and use daily.
